Every category names an owner. Evalio will not invent the owner, infer the values, or fill the gap on your behalf. Missing categories are surfaced as honest status — never as a fabricated readiness score.

Job evaluation, architecture, and equity all start from the role — not the person.

Market posture is bounded by the licences and source-rights you actually hold.
- Salary survey sources and the source-rights holder.

- Licence refresh cycle and renewal owner.
Workforce & policy
Workforce planning, scenarios, and EOS work require the population and the rules around it.
